Valuation methodology for public houses and hotels
Submitted 14 September 2026. Our response addresses fair maintainable trade, evidence transparency, hotel sampling, exceptional valuation movements and earlier summary valuations.
Additional and selective property licensing
Submitted September 2026. We support the housing-standard objectives while asking for proportionate implementation, clearer conditions, fair fees and published performance measures.
