Your appeal. Managed from start to finish.
Send us the decision notice and application details. We test the deadline, refusal reasons, evidence and procedural route before recommending appeal, amendment, resubmission or further evidence.
For accepted Plan to Grant cases, our agreed professional scope covers assessment, preparation, submission and management of the written appeal. The £995 professional success fee is payable only if the agreed success outcome is achieved; if the appeal is dismissed, our professional fee is £0. Any other costs and cancellation terms are explained before instruction.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Clear before you commit.
Is the initial assessment genuinely free?
Yes. It decides whether the matter may fit the service. It is not a full written planning opinion and does not create an instruction.
How does the £995 Plan to Grant fee work?
For an accepted case, the total professional success fee is £995 if the agreed success outcome is achieved. If the appeal is dismissed, no Borough & Field professional fee is payable. Other costs and any cancellation liability are separate and must be explained in the written agreement. Any separately agreed charges will be stated upfront in your letter of instruction.
What counts as a win?
The standard proposal is an appeal allowed with permission materially consistent with the scheme identified in the agreement. Partial outcomes must be defined case by case before work begins.
Does acceptance mean the appeal will succeed?
No. Appeals are independently decided by the Planning Inspectorate. Acceptance means the case fits the service and has passed Borough & Field's merits and commercial assessment.
Are there other possible costs?
The simplest cases should not require third-party work. Any drawings, specialist evidence, statutory fee or cancellation charge would be identified before instruction. A costs award can arise where a party behaves unreasonably.
How quickly do I need to act?
Deadlines vary. A refused English householder application commonly has a 12-week appeal period, while enforcement can make deadlines much shorter. The decision notice must be checked promptly.
