Where specialist town-planning input is required, we appoint or recommend an independent Chartered Town Planner who is a current Chartered Member or Fellow of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI or FRTPI), with appropriate experience.
Current membership, relevant experience and appropriate professional indemnity insurance are checked before appointment. The specialist’s identity, role, scope, responsibility and fees will be confirmed in writing. External specialists are independent professionals and are not employees or legal partners of Borough & Field unless expressly stated otherwise.
